Job Description

Teaching
Creating lesson plans, delivering instruction, and using a variety of teaching materials to help students develop critical thinking, literacy, and comprehension skills

Assessing
Evaluating student progress through classroom observation, grading, and providing feedback

Managing the classroom
Establishing and enforcing rules, ensuring the classroom is safe, and communicating classroom procedures

Supporting students
Helping students as needed, and liaising with parents, other staff, or external bodies when necessary

Administrative tasks
Writing and updating records and reports, attending staff meetings, and preparing information for inspection visits

Participating in marketing events, organizing social and cultural activities, and attending training sessions
