Job Description

  • Managing the front office team
    Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including supervising receptionists and check-ins and outs
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
    Responding to guest issues and complaints, and maintaining high service standards
  • Maintaining efficient operations
    Ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and compiling and checking daily record sheets and guest accounts
  • Providing information
    Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and providing information about services available in the community
  • Creating schedules
    Making a duty roster for the front office team
  • Front office supervisors typically need:
    Hospitality experience
    Strong communication abilities
    Computer skills
    Fluency in English
    Strong organizational skills
    Attention to detail
    Excellent customer service
